Hands & Heart Farm is an off-grid farm in Northern Vermont where registered Border Leicester and Romney sheep breeds are lovingly raised for their beautiful, versatile, lustrous and long fiber. The sheared wool from these sheep is used for a variety of purposes.

Border Leicester and Romney sheep are longwool breeds and the fiber is great for felting, spinning, weaving, dyeing, knitting, and for those who prefer to crochet. Staple lengths can be 4-8 inches. Border Leicester wool on our farm is white, and Romney wool is white or in natural gray, brown or black.
